Fire Stopping And Penetration Sealing
Seals to Penetrations and Linear Gaps also known as 'fire stopping' are key to preserving the fire barrier or compartmentation of a building in the event of a fire and stop heat and smoke travelling to other compartments protecting the building and the escape route. Fire resistant materials are used to fill such such penetrations and gaps.

Following receipt / understanding your fire strategy and specification, we will will manage comprehensively the compartmentation works on new build projects.
If regeneration or retrofit works are required then will survey your property to assess all the fire stopping and compartmentation requirements.
Using our innovative field data capture system, the data is then sent to the project managers to analyze and present the findings and recommendations of works in a clear, actionable / risk based format. We will also detail a proposal regarding timescales and cost that we will discuss with y0u to suit your requirements and budget.
Competency and Certification
All works undertaken will be tagged with a unique identification as part of a firestopping asset register and the works will be issued with a certificate which is 3rd party certified by the IFC. The relevant datasheets and any O&M documentation will also be presented so that it feeds into the golden thread principles that have been introduced in the Building Safer Futures Report
