Overview:

The replacement of all tenants’ front doors in buildings that are over six storeys with enclosed corridors. The main services provided include:

  • Working with Poplar Harca to develop the programme
  • Working with Poplar Harca to develop site specific risk assessment method statements
  • Manufacture of the fire doors, based on our survey data
  • Resident liaison including engagement meetings, appointment making, customer care and complaints handling
  • Fire door installations by FIRAS and IFC certified operatives to manufacturer guidance
  • Installation of signage in accordance with Building Regulations and Health and Safety Regulations
  • Regular operational meetings with Poplar Harca to review progress and performance
  • Document exchange via Microsoft SharePoint, our secure extranet
